EH Photography Ltd - Terms and Conditions

1. Services:

• EH Photography provides photography and videography services for various occasions and purposes, including but not limited to live events, portraits, and commercial projects.

• Specific details regarding the scope of services, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in the service agreement or contract signed by both parties.

2. Booking and Payments:

• To secure a booking, clients must agree to a written service agreement and pay the required deposit, if applicable.

• Full payment is due as per the terms specified in the service agreement.

• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing notice 2 weeks prior to the date of the event to EH Photography.

• Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the terms outlined in the service agreement.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights:

• EH Photography retains the copyright to all images and videos produced during the provision of services.

• Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images and videos for personal or commercial purposes, as specified in the service agreement.

• Clients agree not to alter or manipulate the images and videos without prior consent from EH Photography.

5. Delivery of Products:

• EH Photography will deliver the final edited images and videos to the client within the agreed-upon timeframe.

• Delivery methods may include digital download, USB drive, or other agreed-upon methods.

6. Liability and Indemnity:

• EH Photography shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the provision of services, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of contract, refunds may be considered based on the discretion of EH Photography.

• Clients agree to indemnify and hold EH Photography harmless against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of the images and videos.

7. Privacy Policy:

• EH Photography respects the privacy of its clients and will not share personal information without consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law:

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications:

• EH Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website or providing notice to clients.
